    I love the Fall. It's great for campfires, long runs, and anything and everything pumpkin! Fortunately for me, I don't have to wait for October to indulge in pumpkin every now and again. I had the craving for pumpkin a few weeks ago and decided to try to whip up a healthier version of my mom's fabulous pumpkin cookies.
